18 IMAGE CAPTURES OF THE LUMION ENVIRONMENT

THE INTERIOR VIEWS OF COMPUTER LABS
I designed the "bridge building" firstly, and then choosed which room or which floor is suitable for space requirments. A well-designed room should consider a range of conditions that included built enciroment elements. it is easy to figure out that computer labs dont need any lights. Therefore, I designed small windows that makes people to use computers comfortably.

There is an another point that I mentioned, the texture which is used in computer labs looks like blanket material, belongs to the abstract meaning "linear". The whole computer labs is placed in the basement, regarding to built environment, basement is a better choice for cool summer and warm winter. Two regions of the basement reform a circle space and connected by two narrow corridors.

THE INTERIOR VIEWS OF MEETING ROOMS FOR STAFF & MEETING ROOMS FOR STUDENTS
The shape of the ground floor as same as the shape of the basement, this idea from the famouse achitecture fire station that I choosed from ZAHA HADID. The upward  climbing walls and columns can be seen as a positive & optimistic attitude toward the life.( Two ends of doors have differ sizes. )

THE BIRDS - EYE VIEW OF THE ARCHITECTURE
The Stratified architecture satisfied with the demand of birdge. There are lots of spatial languages inside this building, such as space within space, axis and so on. Once the shape of the building is no longer constrained, it will have to give architects more possibilities. We still have to look upon the development of future building.

ONE OF TWO MOVING ELEMENTS -  SPIRAL STAIRCASE
I designed a spirial stair that combined with three floors from the basement to the first floor. This cylindrical staircase design is a bit like the ancient European castle stairs. We are free to control the flow of people by moving up and down stairs, for example, I designed the library only allows for up to 15 people, then down the stairs so that students can not pass.

THE INTERIOR VIEWS OF SEMI-OPENED LIBRARY
The reason why I have to do a semi-open library, precisely because of the school environment (The big scale of grass and beatiful trees around the site plan ). While reading a book while feeling nature is the best choice for students.

ONE OF TWO MOVING ELEMENTS -  ROOF WINDOW

The concept of this architecture : Architecture is another form of art expression, and then a nice building can be seen as a room-composition. Each room looks like a work of art, this seamlessly affect people's feeling through their experience, for instance, good art or painting brings them into a spiritual level of enjoyment. Roof window reflects the statement best. The following night images I will explained clearly.

THE INTERIOR VIEW OF OFFICES STUDIO SPACES

THE SPECIAL POINT - UNDERGROUND OUTDOOR TERRAIN
In order to make unobstructed sunlight shines into the basement, I made a semi-open terrain on the horizon.

THE SPECIAL POINT - WALL SHELVES

THE EXTERIOR VIEW OF THE SRCHITECTURE AT NIGHT
From cross-sectional view, we can see the role of moving roof window, on rainy days,  rain falls down through the glasses from each layer of window and finally down to the basement sink (can be used as a rainwater collector, also a view ).In light of this, all collected rainwater used for school possibly. According to the design concept of the building, rainy day let this architecture becomes a work of art. EXPERIMEMT THREE TASK is designing a bridge, the traditional meaning of bridege is pass through people or cars or anything, I designed this bridge building provided a new space for bridge as well as fuctional rooms at the same time.
